All of these would be good but it would be nice to know how big your tank is so I can give you a quantity of each.
I have about 70 hermits in a 75gal reef tank and about the same for an assortment of snails about half of them Astraea snails.
Hope this helps.

This is a video of my green spotted puffer fish swimming around while I hand feed it a shrimp.

As suggested by my LFS, I bought the frozen brine shrimp (this is my first puffer pet).
How do I feed this frozen food to my puffer? Do I just drop the block of frozen food to the fish, or do I have to warm it up with some hot water then dump it all in?
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks!
You can do either. What I used to do when feeding frozen is I would take a small net and place the block in the net until it thawed, then swish the now thawed food out of the net for the fish to eat. However, considering the puffer's beak, you may end up with a holy net. You can probably just drop the block in and let the heat of the tank thaw it. I would recommend live brine shrimp however, if you can get it.
I was *trying* to get a video of my new cleaner shrimp for the site, and of course, my Coral Beauty felt the need to see what the camera was all about. Normally, he just swims around and waits for food, but apparently he decided he wanted to get closer to the action. Check out what this fish does… maybe I feed him too much?

mushrooms, sliced
2 (16 ounce) jars Alfredo-style
pasta sauce
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 pound bay scallops
1 pound imitation crabmeat,

20 ounces ricotta cheese

2. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Sautee garlic and mushrooms until tender. Pour in 2 jars Alfredo sauce. Stir in shrimp, scallops and crabmeat. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes, or until heated through. In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg and pepper.
3. In a 9×13 inch baking dish, layer noodles, ricotta mixture, Alfredo mixture and shredded cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ensuring that there is shredded cheese for the top.
4. Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Cover, and bake 15 minutes.

This is a video of my Masters research project for I did for Marine Biology degree while in Papua New Guinea. There were hundreds of cleaner shrimp living on anemones, and many fish visited the shrimp to be cleaned. The shrimp remove parasites and keep the fish healthy.
