a film identification?

do you know a film called the never***** dunno what its callled women writes a book about 2 guys who live in a boat in a field and fish for milk to eat with cereal which is all they eat but it doesnt get published coz its ridicoulous but she runs over a guy and its real. anyone know it? its gonna bug me for months

it is not neverwas or finding neverland
it was made after 2000 and probably after 2003 and if i knew the name i wouldnt be asking for it lol
